While attending Eisenhower High School, Alisa was a two-time National Dance Team Champion appearing on ESPN. As a high school senior, Alisa was chosen as a Top-10 Finalist for the Homecoming Queens of America.
Alisa also performed in Eisenhower's Theatre Production of "Footloose."
Alisa danced competively at many studios and achieved numerous awards, including a National Champion ranking at Starpower Talent Competition. Alisa was a two-year member of the Detroit Shockwave Dance Team performing at the Detroit Shock basketball games.
She has performed in events such as the Woodward Dream Cruise, Arts n' Apples Festival, Hob Nobble Gobble and Revvin with Ford Benefits, as well as Detroit Lions half time peformances where she was selected as a stage dancer for celebrities such as Enrique Iglesias, Lil' Bow Wow, Mary J. Blige and the Goo Goo Dolls.
Alisa graduated from Oakland University with a major in Political Science and minor in Dance Teaching. Alisa has choreographed pieces for Oakland's Arts at Noon and worked with her sister Kelly on various other numbers, including choreography for the theatre productions of "AIDA" and "Seussical the Musical" at Eisenhower High School.
Over the years, Alisa has earned several choreography and achievement awards. She is a four-time National Championship Coach for Dancer's Edge All Star Teams, and most recently a World Championship Coach for the DES Senior Elite All Star team.
Alisa loves to work with children of all ages and abilities, whether they are interested in advanced dance training in the Performing Company program or participating in studio recreation classes to experience the fun and joy of dance.
