Barbara's Background

Barbara Schoen

Barbara Schoen, from Macomb, MI, started her  dance training with Renee Wood at the age of three and in 2001, she began training with EDE Center for Dance.

After graduating  high school, Ms. Schoen attended the trainee program at Fort Wayne Ballet, under the direction of Karen Gibbons-Brown. While in Fort Wayne, She trained with Jeremy Blanton, Tracy Tritz-Hartman and Eleanora Pokhitonova Hartung.

In 2008, She joined the company as a corps de ballet member. Barbara is happy to be back home in Michigan and is apprenticing with Eisenhower Dance Ensemble .
